The Facility features 12 fully equipped racks, integrated platforms, multi-grip pull-up bars, and dense rubber flooring. The open layout supports everything from max effort lifts to dynamic movements like weightlifting or plyometrics—a high-performance environment.

Each rack is fully outfitted with powerlifting and weightlifting bars, a full set of plates (45, 25, 10, 5, 2.5), accommodating resistance tools like bands and chains, and multi-grip pull-up bars. Built for serious training.

A full lineup of specialty bars for strength training, including safety squat bars and trap bars. It gives athletes the tools to train hard, smart, and with variety.

The backspace features frankenhypers, plyometric boxes, and open space. It is perfect for trunk/core accessory work, jumps, and mobility. It’s a versatile setup designed to support the development of athletic movements.

There are dedicated machines for lower body accessory work and joint strength, including a leg extension, leg curl, and seated calf raise. It is ideal for targeting key muscle groups and building resilient joints.

The facility features multiple cable stacks, which are ideal for accessory work and core training, and add variety to your upper and lower body routines.

The dungeon is equipped with dumbbells up to 175lbs, giving athletes the tools to push heavy, build strength, and challenge stability across a wide range of movements
